In the depths of being, an unfamiliar melody murmurs, as if a secret has been woven into the fabric of your existence. This melody is the call of something lost, singing in the silence within you, inviting you to a wondrous journey.

A journey towards the unknown, a journey into the depths of being, a journey to find yourself. In this journey, you confront your darkness and fears, but a light of hope shines in your heart, guiding you towards your destination.

The missing reality you are searching for might be the meaning of life, the ultimate goal, or the truth of your existence. Whatever it is, you know that finding it will be the key to your happiness and peace.
On this path, you spare no effort. You flip through books of wisdom, converse with mystics and seekers, journey into the depths of your being, and heed the inner melody. You know the journey will not be easy, but you are determined to continue striving until you reach your goal. You believe that eventually, you will find what you are missing and taste the true essence of life.

This journey is one of self-discovery, a journey to find your true identity and your place in this vast world. A journey to break free from mental chains and reach true freedom.

Isaac Sian, born in 1988 in Tehran, Iran, began his journey of self-discovery during his teenage years, striving to uncover the unknown and deeply understand life. From the age of 14, he became familiar with Martial Arts and Yoga, dedicating himself to balancing and elevating his body and mind. Since his youth, he has sought answers to existential questions such as: “Who are we?”, “Where do we come from?”, “Why are we here?”, and “Where will we go?”

His quest led him to study in the schools of Yoga, Vedanta, Buddhism, Sufism, Shamanism, Healing systems and so on, gaining extensive knowledge from these rich traditions.

As a seeker of science, and a lover of engineering the life around as well as the life within, Isaac passionately pursued a career in Information Technology (IT). His quest for technical expertise in structuring information and engineering principles later allowed him to design personal and spiritual development methods and courses in a unique way.

Always thirsty for understanding profound philosophical and existential concepts, like the true meaning of human freedom, ultimately taking bold and risky steps towards emancipation from societal constraints on his path to immigration. His adventure to enter the United States in 2016 was a significant step in his life, driven by the belief that this land is a promise of opportunity for all creative and ambitious people, eager to share the fruits of his lived experiences in a new environment.

His love for Persian classical music and years of practicing and playing the ancient musical instrument “Tanbur” which comes from ancient spiritual traditions of this land, blends “art” and “spirituality” in his life. For him, music has not just been an artistic pastime but a way to healing, wholeness, and spiritual ascension.

His mastery of traditional Chen-style Tai Chi, under the world’s top lineage holders of this wholistic sport, is another of his skills. The teachings, which are renowned for their incredible discipline for physical and spiritual development.

His whole life, he has been moving around like a knowledge sponge, constantly learning from many teachers and traditions. His life is a vibrant and unique blend of ancient wisdom, spirituality, the pursuit of transcendence, therapeutic principles, art, and a commitment to personal growth.

Now, as a life coach and spiritual teacher, he provides a comprehensive and accessible approach to these traditions for contemporary seekers and enthusiasts. His teachings are based on direct inner experience, not merely on theoretical knowledge.

His goal is to expand universal awareness and demonstrate the true essence of human beings through holistic and spiritual sciences, and real experience of joy and peace through practical methods, to promote the unity of humanity and all religions through his wisdom and experiences.

His many journeys from East to West exemplify his strong will and transformative effect on the path to self-discovery and his effort to achieve inner harmony and harmony in the world around him—a life always immersed in inner peace and external serenity, allowing him to sing the melody of his soul in the silence of existence.

Training, Lineage & Practice

Over twenty-five years I’ve studied under many teachers, across many traditions — yogic, Buddhist, Sufi, shamanic, and more. I name a few of them below, in gratitude. Not as a claim to their lineage or their authority — I never set out to be anyone’s successor — but because if you’re going to take a practice from me, you deserve to know the hands it passed through.

Some of these teachers I studied with for years; others I met only briefly — yet even a brief meeting with a true teacher can change the course of a life, and each of these changed mine.

I teach a wide range of practices — meditation, energy work, and techniques drawn from many lineages. But I don’t call myself a guru, or a master of any of them. I’m a student, a lifelong one, who loves good teachings and loves sharing what has held up under my own testing.

What follows is what I can stand behind: the teachers I owe, the certifications I earned, the programs I completed, and the practice I’ve kept.

Yoga, meditation & the inner traditions

Twenty-five years of formal study across the yogic and contemplative traditions — Kriya, Siddha, Tantra, Hatha, mantra, and classical meditation systems. This was study inside living schools and lineages, not from books: multi-year programs, residential intensives, and practices only ever passed person to person.

  • Vipassana — multiple 10-day silent courses · S.N. Goenka tradition
  • Shamanic Training — 3 years

Body, movement & sacred sound

  • Chen-style Tai Chi & Qi Gong — under Master Abbas Hamzavi, 20th-generation lineage holder
  • Jeet Kune Do — 7 years, national gold medalist
  • Sacred Tanbur — a devotional healing and meditation tradition · under Masters Ali Akbar Moradi & Heydar Kaki

Practice, teaching & work

  • 25+ years of continuous personal practice
  • 4,000+ students taught in meditation & healing modalities
  • Author — Art of Balance (2024)
  • Creator of the Clarity Method — a 5-stage belief-dismantling framework
  • 20+ years in IT & engineering — the structural mind behind the method

What I share isn’t a doctrine to believe — it’s what has survived my own testing, over many years and many teachers. I’d rather you try it for yourself than take my word for it.
